I'm Lauren. I'm 23, female, a law student, and I live on Long Island in the wonderful state of New York. I love chocolate and books, and I don't think I could live without either of them. My hobbies include scrapbooking, photography, and genealogy research, but most of my free time is spent with my boyfriend, my dogs, and/or my younger sister. I was super active growing up and loved dancing, but I'm now disabled and was recently diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, presumably Type III/Hypermobility Type, but we haven't ruled out the Classical Type yet (nor the Vascular, though that seems less likely). My interests include economics, human psychology, current events, food, law, and cryptozoology. I am a huge Harry Potter fan and will love the book series forever, and I'm currently a little obsessed with Star Trek: Into Darkness.
Although I started this blog in June 2013, I'm no stranger to the world of blogging and website building. I started learning HTML and CSS when I was in middle school, and I owned and maintained my own personal .NET throughout high school. All in all, I've been blogging on and off for the past ten years.
